Adam B. Blaier is a Startup and Small Business Lawyer with the Law Office of Elliott J. Brown. He focuses his practice on corporate/business matters as well as intellectual property. Mr. Blaier received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and his B.A. from Penn State University.

These transactions may pertain to relationships among owners, employees, investors, suppliers, distributors, licensees, or customers.

A large part of the Firm’s practice includes intellectual property licensing and brand protection. This includes helping creators acquire, develop, manage, protect, and exploit their intellectual property rights, including the development and implementation of appropriate IP registration and protection strategies. We also counsel and advise our clients regarding the terms of prospective IP deals and negotiate and prepare agreements associated with such transactions.
