Adam B. Blaier

Adam B. Blaier is a Startup and Small Business Lawyer with the Law Office of Elliott J. Brown. He focuses his practice on corporate/business matters as well as intellectual property. Mr. Blaier’s intellectual property practice includes trademark prosecution on both the State and Federal level, confidential information/trade secret protection, and intellectual property licensing. He also leads with the firm’s technology/e-commerce practice. Mr. Blaier’s clients range from mom-and-pop shops in the local NJ community to high tech startups in Tel Aviv.

Mr. Blaier received his J.D. from Pace University School of Law and his B.A. from Penn State University.

This includes helping creators acquire, develop, manage, protect, and exploit their intellectual property rights, including the development and implementation of appropriate IP registration and protection strategies. We also counsel and advise our clients regarding the terms of prospective IP deals and negotiate and prepare agreements associated with such transactions.
